I design and lead coach development processes that connect personal growth to player development. Through meaningful development conversations, clear coach development plans, and measurable actions, I help coaches gain clarity in how they coach and why. By working alongside them on the pitch and reflecting together, development becomes practical, aligned, and visible in the behaviour of both coach and player.

FOOTBALL METHODOLOGY

I create clarity around a club’s football vision and ensure alignment from the first team across all academy age groups. By visualizing the football identity through playbooks and game models, theory is translated into clear, practical behaviors on the pitch. With ongoing pitch-side support and coach-led weekly methodology meetings, the vision remains alive, shared, and continuously evolving.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

I design and oversee individual development processes for high-potential players, built around player ownership and responsibility. Through tailored, position-specific development plans aligned with first-team requirements, players work with clear objectives, measurable actions, and defined timelines. Regular development conversations and progress tracking ensure growth is focused, intentional, and connected to daily training and match performance.

    From 2012 to 2023, I worked at OH Leuven in various roles across the academy and first team. I coached players from U9 to U23, served as Head of Technical Development, and later as Assistant Coach with the First Team.
